Information Architecture & Content Strategy
Content is king. Form follows function. Less is more. All the old adages illustrate the time-honored truth: if your solution is all style and no substance, no one will want to use it. A solid content strategy and fully-integrated framework is the foundation for a great digital product. Anticipating what users want to do when they visit your site or use your application, then delivering information and functionality in ways that meet their expectations, is instrumental in creating effective interactive experiences.
As content strategist, my job is to make informed decisions about what information and functionality is most relevant to your audience. As information architect, it's to organize and streamline access to that content in ways that make sense to users.

“I’m honored to have worked alongside Kelly on many initiatives during our tenure at Digitas and beyond. Kelly is a rare individual who is equally adept with both sides of her brain. She can impress a client with concepts that are creatively original and strategically on-target. Then, she can organize information so that it’s clear, digestible and perfectly logical. Some organizations hire separate people for these disparate needs, but they only need one. Kelly!”
