GO-TOGIRL

In the spirit of the brand, on the fly was a loyalty program—without the program. It took shape as a blog—written by an anonymous "Song employee" (aka "me")—to give customers the inside scoop on everything from new destinations to partner promotions. But right as on the fly was taking off, it was announced that the Song brand would be folded into Delta.  The client wanted finality, and its rabidly loyal customer base did too. The final blog entries explained that the Song service they loved would be incorporated into the Delta product soon. But this video was the final farewell. Since the program had been around for less than a year, we decided to make it a fun, tongue-in-cheek look back at on the fly, presenting it as a home-made production by the "blogger." I wrote and recorded the "soundtrack" and co-directed the video which, judging by its loyal YouTube following, was a hit.
