As the e-commerce arm of Optum Health's suite of award-winning health and wellness websites, online tools, and mobile apps, myOptumHealthStore allowed consumers to buy doctor-reviewed healthcare products and services. The goal: drive sales while empowering consumers to make informed purchasing decisions. I provided the blueprints to completely overhaul the existing website as well as build a mobile site from the ground up. My award-winning solution—delivered in just three weeks, start to finish—offers a simple way to shop by product search, category, or condition while featuring expert information, peer ratings and review, and user-friendly utilities each step of the way.
